Swiss Gruyère d'Alpage is an authentic Swiss cheese made in the high-altitude Alpages using raw cow’s milk. This artisanal, pressed-cooked cheese offers a hard texture reminiscent of Comté, along with a fruity flavor and a very mild, long finish - making it an excellent alternative to Comté.
